Are you ready for some more fun facts about ObamaCare? 

1. Do you want your exchange benefits to be effective January 1, 2014? You must sign up with the exchange before December 15, 2013.

2. Effective at your plan year in 2014, California set a strict 60 day waiting period.

3. A full time employee is defined by California law as those who work an average of 30 hours a week. This will be applied to policies purchased in 1/1/14 and current policies in place.

4. All new plans must include: ambulatory services, emergency services, hospitalization, maternity/newborn care, mental health/substance abuse, prescription drugs, rehabilitative/habilitative services, laboratory services, preventive/wellness services and pediatric dental and vision.

5. Obamacare provisions will continue to roll out until 2022.
