When Contributions Get Made

How Benefits Get To Participants
Distributions are calculated based on the employee’s eligibility for full or partial state unemployment. Once an employee is deemed eligible for a Supplemental Unemployment Benefit distribution, the employer will send in an Underworked Hours Report to the Third Party Administrator (TPA). The TPA calculates the distribution amount the employee is eligible for and notifies the payroll company. The payroll company pays the employee.
