Not sure if you saw this press release a few days ago, but the legal fight between the New York City Comptroller and Metropolitan Movers Association, Inc.(MMA) is raging on. The subject of the fight, not surprisingly, is what constitutes rational minimums for New York City prevailing wage rates.
