Sometimes it seems like Kimberley can be a little overkill on the whole Davis-Bacon Compliance thing, but she does it for a reason - to help protect our customers! We found this article about an electrical contractor who incorrectly classified (and thus underpaid) his employees on a Davis-Bacon project. After paying $33k in fines for that mistake, I'll bet this contractor wishes he'd paid closer attention to those pesky details... (or hired Kimberley to do it for him).
